Negotiations is a process for reaching a mutually advantageous agreement. In our hands-on negotiation course, you will develop a systematic framework for analyzing negotiating situations, sizing up your negotiating partners, creating a negotiating strategy, and learning effective table tactics. We'll teach you how to deal with conflict, both at the negotiating table and beyond, with a clear understanding of dispute resolution alternatives, and when each type is appropriate.
We teach this course using exciting cases and one-to-one or group negotiations, hand-in-hand with the principles of "Interest-Based Negotiation."
